Preventing multiple overlays to appear in the same browser window/tab.

In a few cases overlays may have appeared overlapping the browser window.

Overlay position is remained when personal data is being deleted on the overlay.

Known Issues:

Sxipper overlay

Overlay will not appear if it can not fit into visible browser window area
OS X: Vertical dragging of overlay must happen slowly for the overlay to follow mouse.
OS X: Overlay may appear in current active "Space" (virtual desktop) than where the browser window is being loaded (previous active "Space").
OS X: When browser window is overlapping multiple screens, overlay with grey background will only appear in one screen.

Image Fill lacks Sxipper indicator

A Sxipper logo is not shown to indicate it can help with image file chooser fields.

Overlay invocation

Login overlay can appear repeatedly even after being logged in. (Workarounds: train form to not 'show the overlay' automatically; click 'Hide' in the overlay - this is however not shared with other users).

Single Field Fill

Context menu offers 'Fill Field' option in single field fill even if Sxipper has no data stored.

Extension Signing

This add-on is not signed, as a result it displays a red 'unsigned' label during installation. Extension signing will be addressed in an upcoming Sxipper release.

Sxipper compatible with upcoming Firefox 3.6

We updated our implementation of the overlay to support Firefox 3.6. The new implementation is more slick and faster. However, this is a development (beta) release and we are still ironing out some bugs (see known issues below). We want to give you a chance to use Sxipper with the latest Firefox beta and ability to provide feedback before the grand roll out.

Quickly delete data from overlay

If you have outdated personal data that you want to remove, we don't confirm deletion anymore but allow you to undo it. In case the item to delete is part of a persona, is a login or memorable password we still confirm deletion.

Improved trainer name management

Added ability to change, remove and retrieve an existing trainer name.

Improved persona data handling

After having submitted a form with data different from the persona selected one is presented with the option to update the persona or create a new persona.

Added grey dog logo indicator to more trained forms

The grey dog means Sxipper can fill in the field, but does not have the data. If you fill in the field, Sxipper will remember the data the next time you need it.

Fixes:

Double click is gone! When filling a form Sxipper will not intervene anymore when using a double mouse click. If want to start over filling a form use the context menu option 'Form Fill'.

Extended Backup and Restore to handle "Remember password" exception sites.

Expiry years for driver license and credit card can be set into the far future.

All values in persona selector can be reset.

Fixes UI interaction when deleting OpenIDs in overlay.

Fixes importing Yahoo ID when importing vCard.
